Cancellation policy:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking, the balance payable on arrival. In the event of a cancellation with less than 10 days notice, a further 25% will be taken if the room is not re-let for the dates originally booked. A no show charge of up to 100% will apply if the accommodation is not re-booked for this period

In the event of an early departure, guests will be liable for the full amount of the cost of their stay.

Modification policy:
A modification that in effect cancels part of the originally booked stay eg 5 days booked is changed to 3 then these two days will have deemed to have been cancelled and the hotels cancellation policy will prevail.
Child policy: The Westbourne Hotel welcomes children.

A deposit of 25% or £25 (whichever is greater) is required with all confirmed bookings.

- A full English Breakfast with a wide selection of starters
- All Evening Meal inclusive rates are for 3 Courses plus Coffee.
- Evening Meals if paid for separately are £14 for 3 Courses.
- Children's meals if paid for separately are charged at 50% of adult rate up to 9 years old.

Bank Holidays - Standard rate is £32 per person per night B&B. All Cross-Over Periods are charged at the higher prevailing rate.

Room Availability
We allow check in from 12 noon when rooms are available, if not then we guarantee room availability by 3pm latest. Early arrival made easy with open check-in times and case room transfer on availability. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
